I had a very bad experience with Antonette. She collected payments the way she wants and can not give you any details. She answers the phone rarely and she can not explain you anything about your insurance policy. Now I change to another insurance company and I feel very happy.

I don’t know if I ever spoke with Antoinette. Her office collects payment by way of senseless reminder texts. I couldn’t get help when I called to change my policy, and also combine life and home insurance because they don’t return call. If you’re lucky enough to talk to someone that answered than you’re in luck for a dose of condescending good for nothing unprofessionals. I changed agents today and already feel better about my ordeal. I’m actually cancelling my current policy to make sure she does not get any residual benefits.
